Accessibility

can use.

Ways to get help using the website or arranging a visit.

Ask for assistance

If you have trouble using a page or need information in another format, call 289-633-5454 or email info@priyalphysiotherapy.ca. Describe the page and the help you need without including medical details.

Physical access to the room, entrance, washroom and parking must be confirmed separately. Contact the clinic about access requirements before travelling.

How the site is designed

The site uses descriptive headings, labelled navigation, keyboard controls, visible focus, a skip link and readable text. It adapts to narrow screens and supports reduced-motion preferences.

Practical questions use native expandable sections. No autoplay media, rotating banners or accessibility overlay is used.

Testing and limitations

WCAG 2.2 AA is the design target. Automated and browser checks help identify issues but do not certify compliance. Please contact the clinic if you encounter a barrier.

The Movement Guide includes body-area links and alternative controls for use without the 3D model. The current website has no connected Jane booking interface. Accessibility of any future third-party booking or referral service will need to be checked when it is configured.

Physical-location access must be confirmed separately. Call 289-633-5454 or email info@priyalphysiotherapy.ca to discuss your access needs before travelling.
