MUSCULOSKELETAL MODEL — SOURCE, LICENSE AND MODIFICATIONS Prepared 4 October 2026; audit updated 8 October 2026; owner publication authorization recorded 12 October 2026. SOURCE AND PERMISSION RECORD The delivered files are skeleton.glb and muscles.glb. Their source hashes, adaptation manifests and declared Z-Anatomy source chain are recorded below. The export does not carry a per-mesh license/source map or pin the exact Z-Anatomy Startup.blend archive version. Removing named ear/kidney structures reduces known exception exposure but does not establish the provenance of every remaining surface. The notices below preserve the upstream claims and credits; they are not an independent commercial-use clearance. The clinic owner authorized publication of this existing model on 12 October 2026 after being informed of these provenance limits. This authorization does not change the upstream license notices or establish missing per-mesh provenance. Full audit: docs/MOVEMENT-MODEL-AUDIT.md in the website source package. Preserve attribution, links and these modification notices when sharing it. Do not imply endorsement. This asset license does not relicense unrelated website source, clinic content or brand assets. If distributing later modifications to the model or its rendered adaptations, retain the applicable ShareAlike terms and modification notices. Modifications to this file: 1. Removed bilateral Malleus, Incus and Stapes meshes, six tiny middle-ear ossicles. The upstream omnibus notice lists an Anatomy of the Inner Ear contribution under a NonCommercial license. This skeleton does not identify each mesh's individual provenance. Excluding all ear ossicles avoids that uncertainty in the redistributed subset. 2. Removed the non-anatomical atlas label “Skeletal system.g.001”. 3. Removed unused empty atlas nodes and unused buffers/accessors; all removed geometry bytes were physically stripped from the GLB. 4. The retained 271 mesh geometries, node transformations and original materials are unchanged. Their compressed buffer payloads and metadata were checked against the source. Geometry was not generated or medically altered. 5. Website display changes: pale neutral materials, blue lighting, orthographic camera framing, smooth blue region highlights, merged GPU geometry for rendering. The front-view fallback image was rendered directly from the same model using the website renderer, with no anatomical retouching. The model and rendered anatomy image adaptations are offered under CC BY-SA 4.0. License exception disclosure: The full Z-Anatomy collection also credits Inner Ear (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) and Kidney (CC BY-NC 4.0) material. The kidney is not present in this skeletal-only export. Ear ossicles were removed as stated above. Do not reuse whole-body or muscular collections without inspecting their individual contents and exceptions. BodyParts3D's current official archive license page (last updated 2025-02-27) now specifies CC BY 4.0 and asks for “BodyParts3D, © The Database Center for Life Science licensed under CC Attribution 4.0 International”. The older attribution supplied by Z-Anatomy is preserved above. This newer underlying grant does not remove Z-Anatomy's CC BY-SA requirements for this derivative. Use and accuracy: This is a source-derived educational atlas visualization of an adult human skeleton. It is not a patient's scan, a diagnostic tool, a medically validated symptom locator or a representation of every person's anatomy. Skeletal geometry is sourced from the named anatomy projects; the clinic owner authorized the accompanying guide for publication. This authorization is not independent anatomical or clinical validation. Shoulder context image (October 2026): a transparent posterior-oblique rendering of left clavicle, scapula and proximal humerus from the same adapted model. Pale material/lighting and a lower humerus display fade; no geometry edits. General educational illustration, not a patient scan or an exact fit to the photograph. Rendered image offered under CC BY-SA 4.0. MUSCULOSKELETAL UPGRADE — 5 October 2026 The default guide and homepage preview now combine the unchanged adapted skeleton above with a matching muscle layer from the SAME atlas export commit. Model proportions and transforms share the original coordinate system. The website provides Combined, Muscles and Bones views. Muscle source: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/JMK712/human-anatomy-online/e13af7f4dfbe3336b7b588b8458805cd2971ef4e/public/models/muscular.glb Source SHA256: 5234472152a791baf002bed614707c33ba3ab2b278e41f41899a79a453d40785 Source bytes: 8,819,872; 684 meshes. Adaptation: - Selected 320 major muscle and associated tendon structures by their source names. - Omitted atlas decorations, facial and internal throat detail, internal pelvic-floor muscles, bursae and fascial sheets. The selected muscle subset contains no kidney or inner-ear structures. - Selection initially preserved retained Draco data and node transforms. The website muscle derivative is subsequently simplified using glTF Transform 4.3.0, meshoptimizer 0.25.0 (triangle target ratio 0.3, maximum relative error 0.001, borders locked), then Draco recompressed. This improves web performance; it is not a medical revalidation. - Original 1,583,384 subset triangles reduced to 819,052, retaining all 320 named structures and coordinate transforms. Final muscles.glb is 3,170,692 bytes. - Final muscles.glb SHA256: 7f5a5b517d30883743b35a6697b4c489b851c867c470bd99b2e03a594430170d - Website presentation applies muted warm muscle/tendon materials, ivory bones, soft clinical lighting and broad Priyal-blue region highlights. Muscle surfaces are opaque to keep the anatomy clean; Combined retains bones where uncovered, while the Bones control isolates the underlying skeleton. Anatomical proportions are not artistically exaggerated. - musculoskeletal-front.webp and musculoskeletal-{neck,shoulder,back,arm,hip,knee,foot}.webp are direct renders of this same combined model, with no anatomical retouching. Region selections are broad orientation cues, not affected tissue or a diagnosis. The declared license for the muscle derivative and these rendered adaptations is CC BY-SA 4.0, subject to the unresolved provenance review above; all upstream attribution and source/license links are retained. Download /assets/muscles.glb and /assets/skeleton.glb for the model layers. Precise subset inclusion/exclusion and reproducible processing details are in third-party/anatomy/muscular-manifest.json, scripts/prepare-muscular-subset.py and scripts/optimize-musculoskeletal.mjs in the source archive. The clinic's unrelated photography, logo and website copy are not licensed by this attribution. MOVEMENT GUIDE FUNCTIONAL UPDATE — 8 October 2026 Neither distributed GLB nor the existing poster image files was changed. The existing Three.js renderer now permits a selected anatomical side using source-verified .l (+X) / .r (-X) coordinates. A shader mask prevents a unilateral blue highlight crossing the midline. This is a display change, not a new model, geometry modification or clinical validation.
